Aid Through Trade was founded in 1993 by a former teacher and Peace Corps volunteer who imagined fair trade as a vehicle for positive change. Designing original jewelry with new color blends, he brought together Nepali artisans who now enjoy a community of dignity and hope. The artisans are provided a fair wage, good working conditions, subsidized meals, eye care, and retirement benefits. These bracelets are hand crocheted and are made to last using premium quality glass from Germany, Czech Republic and Japan. They roll on easily and fit most every wrist. When wearing multiple bracelets, be sure to roll them off one at a time. There are so many to choose from in each color grouping, that we simply show them in their color collections. Feel free to ask for more specific photographs if you want to personally choose your selections, or let us know what colors you like, and we can choose them for you.
